These issues shouldn’t exist so early in occupation. I’m one person living alone I would hate to see what would happen if it was a family of 5 living here. They’re landscaping was poorly designed and installed. They ran a length of PVC under the pavers in the driveway and didn’t bury them deep enough. First, when we purchased our home the elevation we picked was different from the one they built. They cut an excessive amount of corners resulting in a very poor and cheap looking product.
